We deconstruct current interior design language and remove the need to be identified by any one style marker. As a company, we believe strongly in a creative experience and the process it stands on… creating the conversation for individual interpretation, recognizing the movement to no longer be bound by one trend.

Our viewpoint, products and designs are delivered through a brand umbrella that encompasses an interior design firm, showroom, product lines, industry collaborations, creative consulting and digital mediums.



As President and Creative Director, Carrie Hayden absorbs cultural cues and design movements in a constant cycle of internalizing, interpreting, curating, and presenting it back through her business platforms.

Touting two plus decades of design experience, Hayden’s immersion was born from an early career spent in New York among couture fashion houses and luxury brands. There, she witnessed the bespoke process firsthand and was inherently drawn to the world of visual aesthetics, inspired by the collision of fashion, art and culture.

Switching disciplines upon returning to Seattle, she spent the next decade in interior design with published work landing on the cover of Traditional Home. As the landscape of the current marketplace started to shift she believed a new interpretation of traditional interior design standards was needed. Focusing on a philosophy that speaks directly to the current state of relevancy, she launched the Carrie Hayden design firm in 2015.

She serves as an insight broker to help companies realize their true creative DNA and discover how best to apply it to an ever shifting marketplace.
